My, how time flies......I can't believe I'm finally getting around to posting my first blog on the site. Well, hopefully this will be the first of many!

As most of you know, I'm a proud mommy and some what of a "design fanatic" when it comes to children's decor and clothing! Snips, Snails & Fairytales has been the perfect outlet for my obsession while allowing me to spend lots of time with my amazing family! This past year has been a very fun & fulfilling adventure, allowing me work with so many amazing families while doing what I love...designing!

I have to admit that the website still needs lots of updating and hopefully I will get around to finally loading some fabric swatches (I've been talking doing this for many, many months.... I know!). It just seems that the fabrics are constantly changing and I'm one of those who usually likes the newest thing out! I really like to work with each client on an individual basis and then design with that particular family in mind- I find that works the best every time! In the end, the family is happy and I can pretty much guarantee that their child is going to have a room they love!
